We like to keep the classes to a small group of 10-15 teenagers to create a safe and encouraging environment.

With every one to one teenage course we deliver, we offer a parent/carer to join the sessions free of charge with their child. We have a mixture of teenagers who prefer to come alone or with their chosen adult.
Too far ahead; cultivating presence though breathing, noticing and being in the now.
I am enough; focusing on balancing our self-esteem and confidence working though energy chakra energy systems, basic body scans, culminating in the natural sense of I am enough.
Change; change is a natural part of life full of potential, opportunity and positive experience, this however; can also be painful and difficult. Practicing silent affirmative mantra with breathing techniques.
Non-identification; noticing the patterns of our ego and how we have different masks or roles for different social situations. Practicing identity meditation and loving kindness, enabling us to see other people from a different perspective.
Beliefs; expanding and exploring the concept of beliefs, how they can alter our consciousness and how much weight do they have - as everyone’s beliefs are different? Cultivating patience and seeing the truth of how things really are revealing a natural state of happiness and joy.
At the end of the course, your teenager will receive a certificate to show their successful completion of their 'Teenage Meditation Course'.
Emotion is Motion; beginning to recognise powerful emotions.
Getting Stuck; positive or negative energy can have a profound effect on our nervous system and entire state of being.
Two imposters; seeing how everything is two! Duality, opposing idea, opinions, thoughts, emotions, always creating a division within ourselves.
Upgrading; the tendency to upwardly compare to others, always focussing on what we lack rather than what we have.
True listening; turning inwards, listening deeply within, thus cultivating the ever present awareness that we truly are.
