Take advantage of practicing meditation with complete one to one focussed attention, enabling you the practitioner to delve deeper into this artform, rediscovering your true self.

This price is based on the sessions taking place at my home in a conducive setting. If you would prefer a more neutral setting, additional costs will need to be added. 

£35 for a one off session.

Share the space equipped with only your mat receiving undivided attention from your teacher. Exploring asana, pranayama and meditation, through a one to one yoga session.

The satisfaction of working hard to achieve goals and targets is a feeling that cannot be denied, but to be able to maintain that level of energy and excellence, it's just as important to nurture the opposite qualities we possess.  The ability to relax, recharge and rejuvenate is vital to balancing all aspects of our health and yet we sometimes forget this other side of the same coin.
