If we look closely at the numerous challenges our species and planet are facing today within the current climate, I believe most would agree that a deliberate conscious shift is imperative to the way how we think, act, behave and relate interdependently to effectuate and manifest positive, respectful and a wholly more balanced unity with each other and our environment. Meditation is a simple undertaking we can all practice and make part of our daily lives which can generate substantial benefits to our personal and communal health and wellbeing.
