Share the space equipped with only your mat receiving undivided attention from your teacher. Exploring asana, pranayama and meditation, through a one to one yoga session.

This price is based on the sessions taking place at my home in a conducive setting. If you would prefer a more neutral setting, additional costs will need to be added.

£50 for a one off session.

The satisfaction of working hard to achieve goals and targets is a feeling that cannot be denied, but to be able to maintain that level of energy and excellence, it's just as important to nurture the opposite qualities we possess.  The ability to relax, recharge and rejuvenate is vital to balancing all aspects of our health and yet we sometimes forget this other side of the same coin. The contentment factor that is felt after a session of Yoga and Meditation is just as delicious as the completion of a task, in fact it may be even more!  So why not take the opportunity to participate in some calming, soothing and natural practices with your team to see how your increased productivity and way of looking at things could be more beneficial than you realise.
